Abstract
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine 5-axis is used to scratch detailed shapes in wood pieces. It uses a motor to move the existing tool free movements. Inventor program is applied to design the machine and Arduino program to control it. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software systems is employed to support multi axis machining including software that can convert automatically the 3-axis tool paths into 5-axis tool paths. The simulation within Predator Virtual CNC™ is designed to support a wide range of 5 Axis CNC machines. Under CNC Machining, machine tools function through numerical control. A computer program is customized for an object and the machines are programmed with CNC machining language (called G-code) that essentially controls all features like feed rate, coordination, location and speeds. With CNC machining, the computer can control exact positioning and velocity.
