Abstract
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is one in which the functions and motions of a machine tool are controlled by means of a prepared program containing coded alphanumeric data. CNC can control the motions of both work piece and tool. CNC has input parameters (such as feed, depth of cut and speed) and functions (such as turning spindle on/off and turning coolant on/off).
The five axis CNC machine consists of a tool which can move in four directions (x, y, z, ϴ), and a work piece which rotate at radian direction.
A suitable design is selected for a five axis CNC machine. Also, calculation of the stresses and the torques on the motors and an optimum software -G-code- for performing this machine are made. After all of those things, the machine will be constructed.
